Cancellation Policy — AlvaStay
We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy:
Free cancellation : Any reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date. A full refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Late cancellation : For any cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival, the first night will be retained and the remainder of the amount will be refunded.
No-show : In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Reservation modifications : Any request to modify a booking (dates, number of guests) is subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days before arrival by contacting: info@stay.alvanes.com
Force majeure : In the event of exceptional circumstances (natural disaster, official pandemic, etc.), we will review each request individually and with goodwill.
