Terms and Conditions of Use and Rental — AlvaStay

1. Identity AlvaStay Haaltert is operated by the Alvanes family, located at Windmolenstraat 58, 9450 Haaltert, Belgium. Contact: info@stay.alvanes.com
2. Purpose These terms govern any reservation made via stay.alvanes.com or via partner platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com).
3. Booking and payment A reservation is confirmed upon full payment of the stay. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. No banking data is stored on our website.
4. Guest obligations The guest agrees to:
- Respect the maximum occupancy (3 persons)
- Not organise parties or events
- Respect quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM)
- Not smoke inside the apartment
- Not bring pets
- Leave the property in a clean and tidy condition
5. Liability The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property or furniture during their stay. Any damage identified will be invoiced to the guest.
6. Property access The apartment is accessible via an entry code communicated before arrival. This code is personal and must not be shared with third parties.
7. Disputes In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first. Failing that, Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction, under Belgian law.
